Usad'ba Zayetsa

Not far from the Rominten Forest, beloved by the Prussian emperors, Teutonic knights and the aristocracy, the picturesque Zayets Estate is located in the Nesterovsky district of the Kaliningrad region. A guest house and a peasant farm were established on the basis of a renovated two-story brick house, where the Romintovo forestry department was located until 1945. The guest house has two-, three- and four-bed comfortable standard rooms, 8 rooms in total. All amenities are provided in each room of the guest house: toilet, shower, bed linen and towels. In addition, there is a banquet hall for thirty people, numerous opportunities for outdoor recreation in excellent company away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Home entertainment includes karaoke, disco, board games, watching movies and satellite TV.
