The comfortable A-Frame house is located in the heart of Kamchatka, in a secluded and quiet place in Paratunka. The panoramic windows of the house offer views of the Kamchatka tundra and mountains. There is a small stream of Khaikova near the house. The house has been rented since August 2024. There is its own secured Parking. A video surveillance system has been installed on the territory. There are NO surveillance cameras in the house!!! The house is fully equipped for 6 beds. The house has 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 1600x200), a bright and cozy living room (sofa bed 160/210). There is a large terrace for relaxing. The house has everything for a comfortable stay: Smart TV with Internet connection in the living room and in the bedroom, Wi-Fi, Alice smart speaker in the house and on the terrace, electric fireplace with heating function. The house has underfloor heating and an air purifier. The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave oven, electric stove, refrigerator, kettle. A variety of dishes, including pots and pans, kitchen utensils for cooking. Guests are provided with cozy waffle bathrobes, fluffy towels, disposable individual hygiene products (dental kits, shower gel, cotton swabs and discs); hand towels, foot towels, kitchen towels. On the terrace of the house there is an individual swimming pool with a diameter of 3.5 m with hot thermal water. The water temperature can be adjusted at the request of the guests. The barbecue area is equipped with everything necessary for cooking a barbecue: coals, ignition, grill, skewers are included in the price. In the evening, you can light a bonfire by the river. In summer, we put up a large trampoline with a net. Suitable for both children and adults.
