A new cozy house with designer renovation is located in a quiet private sector of the historic district of the city. Nearby there are parks for walking, the Museum of local lore, the Museum of the Navy, the embankment and the beach of the Don River. The house has everything for a comfortable stay. There are two rooms, one with a 160*200 bed, the other with two 140*200 beds each. The house can accommodate 6 people (2+2+2 ). There is a spacious kitchen-living room with a dining area, a kitchen area and a sofa area with a TV. Two additional seats are available for a fee (pull-out sofa). There is also a spacious hallway with space for outerwear and shoes. Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning in every room, washing machine, iron, ironing board, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, hairdryer, set of dishes and cutlery for everyone, clean towels, bed linen, personal hygiene products, tea/coffee/water. Video surveillance is conducted in the courtyard and parking lot.
