Slippers and bathrobes are not provided. Accommodation with a pet is subject to prior agreement of the breed, 1000 rubles for the entire period. All smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the loggia. There is a shared balcony with a smoking area on the entrance floor. The number of guests must not exceed the number indicated in the booking. It is forbidden to make noise from 22:00 to 7:00 on weekdays, from 23:00 to 10:00 on weekends and holidays, from 12:30 to 15:00 daily. Upon check-out, grateful guests wash the dishes and throw out the trash. If the rules are followed, the deposit will be refunded by transfer to the card after cleaning on the day of departure.
