From the best location in Pereslavl to the best bed linen. Our modern house was built on the highest point in Pereslavl. The windows offer panoramic views of Lake Pleshcheyevo. Opposite the house is the incredibly beautiful Alexandrov Mountain, where in the 8th century Prince Alexander Nevsky founded the Alexandrov Monastery, which, according to legend, was the country residence of the prince. The monastery ceased to exist in the 18th century. The remains of the building were found during archaeological excavations. Now there is a cross on the site of the monastery. You will see this cross from the windows of our house. The 400 square meter house is designed for a large company of up to 18 guests (14 adults +4 children). The house has 7 double bedrooms. The house also has a playroom for children, which serves as the eighth bedroom. The panoramic windows of the bedrooms offer wonderful views of the lake, temples, fields, and hills. But if you want to sleep even on the sunniest day, blackout curtains will make the bedroom 100% dark. Ormatek anatomical mattresses are located on the double beds. The bedrooms have cast-iron radiators. The large kitchen-dining room is equipped with everything necessary for cooking for a large company. An oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a four-burner hob, a very spacious two-door refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a built-in filter for drinking water will allow you to cook your favorite dishes. The living room with an impressive sofa and a 75-inch smart TV is located on the ground floor. The living room and the kitchen, located on the second floor, are connected by a staircase with glass pyrites. The house has three bathrooms with soaring ceilings. The walls and floors of the bathrooms are finished with granite. Shower doors with tinted windows. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms. In the whole house (except the bedrooms) the floor is covered with porcelain stoneware heated by underfloor heating, which will allow even babies to play on the floor, and your feet will always be warm. For a comfortable stay in hot weather, a large air conditioner is installed in the common area (kitchen-living room), which ensures optimal temperature throughout the house.
