Boutique hotel in the southern part of Pereslavl-Zalessky, next to the picturesque shore of Lake Pleshcheyevsky. A 10—minute drive away is the historical center and cultural attractions, the main of which is the Transfiguration Cathedral. Yaroslavl is about an hour and a half away by car, and the MKAD is 130 kilometers away. The distance to the railway station is 6 km, Yaroslavl Airport is 142 km away. The hotel was built by actor Alexander Petrov. Each room is dedicated to cinema and is unique. Graffiti on the walls were created by film artists and remind of the legendary heroes of the films. The guest house has a total of 9 rooms: two Suites with a French balcony and a breakfast bar, one triple Junior Suite with a separate entrance and Standard Superior rooms. All rooms are equipped with an LCD TV, air conditioning, a refrigerator and a tea station, and a private bathroom with toiletries. The windows offer views of Pleshcheyevo Lake. There is a Cinema and Wine restaurant with an author's menu on site. There are also daily breakfasts here. The hotel has its own cinema with 20 seats and a sauna with a relaxation room.
