The guest houses of the Nikitsky Farmstead are conveniently located on the outskirts of the cottage village of Pereslavsky Expanses, located in a beautiful clearing. Nearby is the picturesque Pleshcheyevo Lake and the ancient city of Pereslavl-Zalessky. Nearby – peace and comfort. The convenient location of our cottages is expressed, on the one hand, in the proximity of the beach and the main attractions of the city of Pereslavl-Zalessky, and on the other – in the remoteness from the hustle and bustle of the city, isolation and natural meditation. The guest complex consists of 20 wooden eco-style cottages with a veranda or gazebo in the garden. Each cottage has its own fenced adjacent territory and Parking spaces. And all this is surrounded by stunningly beautiful nature. Cottages can accommodate from 4 to 16 guests, welcoming them with wooden furniture, home warmth and a hot sauna, in which it is good to warm up both in winter and summer. Guest cottages have from 1 to 5 bedrooms, a living-dining room with satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Each house has all the necessary communications: electricity, heating, hot and cold water and sewerage. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for permanent residence (including pans and pots and more), as well as kitchen appliances (refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine). Each cottage has its own separate well-groomed and fenced territory with outdoor furniture, barbecue, skewers and barbecue grills. It is possible to stay with pets in agreement with the administration. Free parking is available on site.
