We offer to move into a comfortable apartment with designer renovation in the center of Perm in the residential complex "Vitrazhi". Nearby there is a grocery store Pyaterochka, Perekrestok, Magnet, a variety of cafes, a bakery, a canteen and ATMs. In the courtyard of the house there is a bicycle parking, a Playground, and a recreation area. Check–in at 15:00, check-out at 12:00. By agreement, early check-in and late check-out for an additional fee. Upon check-in, an electronic offer agreement is signed, and a passport is required (a photo of the spread and a photo with a passport) A deposit of 5,000 rubles is required (the deposit is refunded within a day after cleaning the apartment and complying with the terms of the agreement) Applications are processed from 9-00 to 20-00 hours • We can accommodate up to 3 adult guests in the apartment, accommodation is 2 1. The sleeping area consists of a double bed (160x200) and a pull–out sofa. • Blackout curtains on the windows will allow you to get enough sleep • The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances for cooking and storing food: a microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, electric kettle, capsule coffee machine and all necessary cutlery for 3 persons. All information will be sent on the day of arrival. The apartment is not rented for parties, events, persons without a passport and persons under the age of 21. Smoking is prohibited (cigarettes, vapes, etc.) everywhere and even on the balcony. It is also forbidden to neglect fire safety measures, disturb the peace of neighbors, violate the laws of the Russian Federation, exceed the number of agreed residents. There is video surveillance at the entrance group (the camera captures movement at the entrance group and serves for the security of the apartment's property and guests). The rental price depends on the booking period, holidays and weekends, and the number of guests. We provide discounts for long stays and for regular guests!
