Mini-hotel "Avant" is located in the center of Perm. The rooms and common areas are decorated in a European style, with light tones and smooth lines in the decor. Panoramic windows offer views of the city. The hotel has 27 rooms of three categories: Standard Double, Superior Double and Standard Twin. The minimum room size is 20 m2, the rest of the rooms occupy 30 m2 each. The double rooms have double beds 160 cm wide, and the twin rooms have double beds 120 cm wide. Each room has a work area and a relaxation area. The equipment includes air conditioning, a personal safe with an electronic lock, a refrigerator, an LCD TV and a telephone. Terry dressing gowns, towels, disposable slippers, cosmetic, dental and shaving kits, soap and a shower cap are provided. The Avant Bar serves a continental buffet breakfast.
