The cozy two-storey cottage "Professorsky" is located near the center of Perm. The distance to the airport is 35 kilometers, and the railway station is 11 kilometers away. The house has a total area of 126 sq.m. it can accommodate up to 6 guests and is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: a living room, a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils for self-cooking, a dining area, fresh linens, a full set of towels, slippers, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. There is also a washing machine, laundry facilities, dryer, iron, ironing board, toiletries. On the terrace in front of the house there is a large barbecue with a folding table and a stove for cooking, barbecue, pilaf or delicious soup (firewood is available). Next to the house is a campfire bowl with wooden benches, a wonderful place where you can sing songs to the guitar, wrap yourself in a cozy blanket, drink hot mulled wine, admire the forest and the stars, and also enjoy the silence and fresh air of the pine forest. There is a ski roller track nearby in a pine forest, a great place for jogging in summer, ski enthusiasts can take skis with them and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful winter forest. There are children's forest slides. You can play bandbinton or petang on the green lawn.
