The two-room apartments are located in the very center of Peterhof, in one of the most beautiful and recognizable houses in the city. The house was built in 1953 and is an architectural monument and an object of cultural heritage.
The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for living, renovated in 2024, new furniture, appliances, plumbing, dishes. Double bed 160 x 200 cm with orthopedic mattress in the bedroom, dressing table with mirror, open wardrobe, blackout curtains. In the living room there is a folding sofa (sleeper 200 by 140 cm), a cozy armchair for reading and relaxing, a TV with a subscription to IVY and KION services, a shelf with books about Peterhof, children's books, tabletops, blackout curtains. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, a gas stove, an oven with microwave function, a refrigerator, a kettle, all necessary utensils, underfloor heating, a large spacious wardrobe in the hallway. Separate bathroom with underfloor heating, hygienic shower, additional electric towel rail, powerful hair dryer, disposable shampoo, shower gel. An author's guide to Peterhof, Strelna, Lomonosov, Kronstadt, as well as a guide to Peterhof restaurants are also provided.
The house is located on the main street of Peterhof - St. Petersburg Avenue, close to all the sights of the city. To the entrance to the Lower Park, Alexandria Park, the temple of Peter and Paul, Tsaritsyn and Olga pavilion, boat station – no more than 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. The best coffee shops in Peterhof for the most delicious breakfasts are two minutes from home – Boucher, Shop 85, North-Metropol. The most popular restaurants of the city are no more than 5 minutes on foot – Charlie Foxtrot, Tokyo City, Romance, Cafe Vienna, Duck and Drake; Bona, Thyme, Tea House – 5 minutes by car.
There is a souvenir shop in the courtyard of the house, a pharmacy, a beauty salon, grocery stores, a market, a public transport stop in two minutes.
