The house has everything: IP TV, WI-FI, household appliances, all utensils. Bed linen is provided. Each room is air-conditioned. The base price is based on the 10 guests present in the house. Additional payment for each subsequent 1200 rubles / person. Guests present on the site for more than 30 minutes are taken into account. The maximum capacity of the house is 15-16 guests. ?Children under 5 years old are free of charge. ?5% discount for rentals of 3 days or more. attention: Check-in at 15.00, check-out before 12.00.
