For walks along the Onega embankment, consider Prionezhsky: it sits by the lake near the historic quarter and has a pool in its sauna area. Another option is Karelia in the city centre, where complimentary access to the pool, saunas and hammam from 07:30 to 11:00 is offered subject to availability.

If a restaurant and children's menu matter, consider Cosmos, but bear in mind that it has a sauna with a small pool. For your own kitchen, try the houses at Glanta outside the city: the bathhouse complex has a year-round outdoor pool; check the rules for visiting with children in advance.
