The guest houses are located on the shore of Lake Onega, among the pines. There is a protected area nearby, the sounds of nature and birdsong. On the other side of the lake you can see the city of Petrozavodsk, it is especially beautiful at night and the city looks like a liner. It takes 20 minutes by car from the city center. On the territory there are 17 detached houses of the "Comfort" category of three categories (with a separate entrance) at a comfortable distance from each other. Each house has a panoramic window overlooking the lake. Inside each house there is a small kitchen with everything necessary for cooking and eating; a bathroom with a hot shower; a grill area; air conditioning and Underfloor heating. The guest complex has a wood-burning sauna and a hot tub, which is closest to the shore to the lake. You can walk along the shore, relax on a bench, a chaise longue or on a swing. There is a restaurant, Karelian and author's cuisine and a la carte breakfast menu. There are many eco-trails and a Botanical garden near the territory.
