Inkit Guest House is located in Pitsunda, in a quiet and picturesque place called the village of Molochny (aka Dairy Farm), a four-minute walk from the sea. Relict Pitsunda pines grow around, which fill the air with a healing aroma. The Boxwood Grove and Litfond boarding houses are located within walking distance, with their own internal infrastructure, which is accessible to all private sector vacationers. The house offers 12 comfortable rooms of various categories to accommodate guests. All rooms have air conditioning and a TV (satellite NTV+). Rooms with a balcony have a shared refrigerator for two rooms. In the courtyard there are parking spaces, a barbecue, gazebos for relaxation, and a children's play area. The beach in the village is Milky and pebbly with an admixture of sand. The beach is sparsely populated even in summer.
