The lake house is located in a secluded place in the forest next to Lake Ladoga, not far from Sortavala. On the territory next to the house there is a modular sauna with panoramic glass on the lake, a barbecue area, a yoga place, a lake, a 12m pier, a rowing boat, self-fishing, fishing rods, a smokehouse, in summer a meditative surf on the lake on a SUP board. The house has everything you need for comfortable accommodation, cooking and eating, all necessary appliances and furniture are available. The kitchen-living room and an outdoor terrace with lighting are located on the 1st floor, on the second floor there is a bedroom and a cozy fireplace room, a panoramic glazed veranda on the 3rd floor (there are hooks and a yoga hammock). For guests there are bicycles, a tennis table, badminton, a bow, a crossbow, arrows, a target, a large trampoline, a living fireplace, a vinyl player (there are old records with children's fairy tales and a bandstand), a mini library, a telescope, board games, children's constructors, creative materials, a wooden railway, a wood-burning font under open air.
