A cozy house for 2-8 people with a stunning panorama of Lake Pleshcheyevo and a telescope! A unique view for connoisseurs of sunset landscapes! A place of relaxation and fulfillment for the happy and loving! A barbecue campfire area, a tea terrace overlooking the sunset lake, a rooftop veranda with panoramic views of the entire city – everyone will find their own corner of enjoyment and silence. The nearest neighbors are as much as 150m away! Why do we have such a fascinating view? Because the house is located on one of the largest hills in the city, near the Nikitsky Monastery. It takes 2-3 minutes on foot to get to the best urban viewpoints of Lake Pleshcheyevo from our house. It is on these hills that lovers pull up in the evenings to sit and admire the sunsets. Although the view is beautiful right from our house, we really love this place! Parking with video surveillance for 3-4 cars next to the house, plus 1 car is parked in a closed area. The house has: a separate bedroom with a double bed of 1.40 m and 1 cot for a baby; a separate bedroom with a bunk bed (2 beds of 0.8 m each); a studio with a double bed of 1.60 m and a large sofa bed of 1.80 m for 2 guests. In total, it can accommodate up to 8 adults and 1 infant. If you have a child with you who does not need a separate bed, we provide it for free. Pets are not allowed inside the house. We have prepared everything you need for you (even a telescope!) for a comfortable stay for 1 or several nights, or it is possible on a permanent basis.: Kitchen: dishwasher, kettle, microwave, oven, hob with extractor hood, large refrigerator, as well as a kitchen towel, plates, mugs, wine glasses, stacks, salad bowl, jug, cutlery, pans, pots, corkscrew, grater, can opener, colander, cutting boards, coasters for hot food, scissors, lunch bags, dishwashing liquid, liquid soap, cleaning cloths, sponges, salt, sugar, tea, coffee, vegetable oil, pasta, flour, buckwheat. Bathroom: hairdryer, set of 2 towels for each guest, toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soap, soap, cotton swabs and discs, micellar water, disposable toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel. Bedrooms: good orthopedic mattresses, bed linen, pillows, blankets. Living room: large Tricolor TV, Bluetooth audio system with subwoofer, cozy garland. General: Internet (and fiber optic and wi-fi), computer workplace, air conditioning system, safe, washing machine, washing powder, air conditioner for linen, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, charger, spoon, umbrella, baby potty. Campfire: large skewers, meat grates, birch firewood, ignition, lighter. Upon check-in, we conclude a lease agreement for residential premises, a passport will be required. A deposit will also be required. He returns on the day of departure before 15:00, after cleaning, if everything is in order in the house, the keys are in place, the rules of accommodation have not been violated. The deposit amount is 3,000 rubles. Check-in is contactless, at any time convenient for you after 15:00. Check–out is until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to agreement. Rules of accommodation: 1. Noisy parties and similar events that damage the property of the house are prohibited. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. You can smoke outside, with the door closed and without leaving behind cigarette butts and other debris. 3. At any time, the number of guests staying in the house must not exceed the number indicated at the time of booking. 4. It is necessary to observe the Rules for the use of residential premises and the maintenance of an apartment building and adjacent territory, in particular, it is forbidden to leave garbage on the adjacent territory. 5. It is necessary to immediately inform the owner of the house about any non-standard, emergency, conflict situations, breakdowns, incidents, etc. 6. It is forbidden to provide any information about the house, its owner and other personal information, as well as access to the house to third parties, whoever they may be. In any case, immediately inform the owner of this situation. 7. Pets are not allowed inside the house. You will receive detailed information on check-in on the day of arrival.
