The holiday home is located on the border of the Moscow Vladimir region, in the Petushinsky district. The territory is known to many lovers of outdoor recreation, primarily due to the healing, clean air. In addition, the Petushinsky district has long been famous for interesting sights: relatively close to the rest house (7 kilometers) is a small but very beautiful town of Pokrov, known to tourists by the church of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Chocolate Museum; nearby stands the Holy Vvedensky Convent. The holiday home near Moscow occupies an area of more than 17 hectares. There are classic buildings for vacationers, compact but very cozy "author's" wooden cottages, comfortable bungalows and even eco-friendly buildings for living. Each of the guests is offered a wide range of rooms with a variety of layouts and decorations. The crystal clear Kirzhach and Sheredar rivers flow right through the territory of the holiday home, surrounded by spacious fields and pine forests – these are ideal conditions for wonderful leisure, physical and moral recovery.
