The house is located on the central walking alley, Kirov Avenue (formerly Tsarskaya Street). Walking along the alley, within 15-20 minutes you will get to the Tsvetnik Park with pump rooms, terraces, historical monuments, squares. A little further, at the foot of Mount Mashuk, you can admire the famous lake "Proval". The location of the facility is very good: there is a Mud clinic three hundred meters away, and a railway station with the possibility of trips by Lastochka electric trains to Kislovodsk, Yessentuki and other cities of the KMV is five hundred meters away. Three hundred meters away is the junction of all the routes of the famous Pyatigorsk tram! By tram No. 2 and No. 4, you can arrive at the Lermontovsky Razdezd stop and visit the place of M.Y.
