Ужасный отель с ненормальным персоналом , забронировали номер полу люкс с видом на гору (он гораздо больше) и естественно дороже чем нам дали по заселению , в номере полы грязные , тапочки и все принадлежности выдают на ресепе 😂 в номере нет воды , зубного набора , тапочек, халатов и тд , номер стоит 6500 !

Останавливались на ночь ,просто погулять по Пятигорску , отель новый ,стильный скорее даже дизайнерский, красота в деталях .Бронировали с завтраками в ланч боксе ,не советуем включать завтрак( скудновато ) квадратик творожной запеканки и блин , что то уж как то совсем грустно.В отеле кафе не было ,наверное заказыют в ближайшей кулинарии .Но в номере есть микроволновка ,поэтому можно разогреть и самому что то купить ,или где то позавтракать.В остальном все очень хорошо ,чисто и уютно . P,s в холле в зоне ресепшн хотелось бы фоновую музыку.

The location in the center of Pyatigorsk allows you not only to enjoy the beauty of the city and the sights that are within walking distance, but also convenient access to neighboring cities: Essentuki, Kislovodsk, Zheleznovodsk and Mineralnye Vody. In the immediate vicinity of the Guest house there is the main street of the city - Kirov Avenue - with many cozy cafes, restaurants and shops, along which it is pleasant to make your promenade. The new building of the boutique guest house is equipped with the most modern engineering equipment, its territory is completely covered by high-speed Internet. The walls and doors have excellent sound insulation. The spacious rooms, equipped in accordance with the standards of 4* hotels, have excellent design. The rooms are filled with comfort and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Kvartal 44 has its own secured parking. You can book a parking space on it on our website along with booking a room. Breakfast can also be delivered to the room for an additional fee. The guest house is managed by "Vezhan Hospitality".
