A cozy warm studio apartment with a balcony on the third floor of a three-storey brick house is for rent in the Old Fork. For a comfortable stay, you will be provided with: - welcome present; -hygiene products; - clean bed linen, terry towels; - cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils; - hair dryer, iron, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove for cooking. Of the sleeping places, a double bed (1.40) and a single ottoman are provided for your rest. There is a bus stop 4 minutes from the house, from which you can get to the metro station Zyablikovo, Marino. VEGAS shopping center and Leroy Marlene are 9 minutes away by car. - Check-in is remote and by passport *Late check-out/check-in is discussed, subject to availability I would like to draw your attention to the fact that a deposit is required upon arrival, which implies mutual respect for the guest and the host and a careful attitude to property and the rules of the house. The deposit is refunded in full upon departure after the arrival of the maid, if the rules of my house were followed, the property is not damaged. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN IN THE APARTMENT: - smoking - walking in shoes; - conducting entertainment events. In case of smoking in the apartment and inconveniencing the neighbors in the apartment, the deposit will not be refunded.
