Please provide the guest's contact number when booking. At least 1 day before check-in, you must inform about the time of arrival at the apartment by number +7 915 226 7788, +7 929 533-30-48 (вотсап) so that the administrator will meet you on the spot and hand over the keys to the apartment. For persons under the age of 21, there is a mandatory deposit of 1 day. For bookings on the day of arrival, the check-in time may shift, because the schedule for meeting guests at the address is formed the day before.
According to the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation, foreign citizens must have an identity card with them to check into hotels on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Bank cards are not accepted for payment. On January 1, check-in and check-out is not carried out!!!
