There are cottages with different numbers of sleeping places to choose from. There were a lot of us, we arrived in two cars. We booked a cottage for the whole group in advance. A very nice cottage! All the conditions are excellent. The cottage has a full set of everything you might need for a holiday. We also used the barbecue and visited the restaurant.

We went to this hotel with my family to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We’d been planning a trip out of town together for a long time, and finally got the chance. This is an ideal place for a holiday — it has everything for entertainment and relaxing. The cottage has a modern renovation, it’s spacious and cozy, everything is clean, there are shower products and towels. The kids had fun in the play area, while we managed to visit the sauna and had a great steam. The food at the restaurant is delicious, and we also cooked meat on the barbecue. Overall, if you’re going on holiday, this is the place to go!

I highly recommend this place. The holiday was simply magical. The scenery is wonderful, and the bike rides are delightful. The restaurant is superb, I really liked the food. The house is comfortable, with absolutely all amenities. The territory is under constant supervision and is kept in perfect order.

There are, but the choice is small: a few country hotels and houses within the village limits, a short hop from the station. Most of the places to stay are holiday resorts and country clubs in the surrounding area — Vasilyevo, Ilyichyovo, Polyany, and along the Skandinaviya highway. If you're heading out that way, count on a car or a transfer from the property.

The suburban train from Finlyandsky station takes about an hour, and driving the A-181 Skandinaviya highway takes roughly the same if traffic is light. From the station, the easiest way to reach the resorts in Vasilyevo, Ilyichyovo, Polyany and along the Skandinaviya is by taxi or a transfer arranged in advance.

In summer, from June through August, demand sits with the lakeside resorts: swimming, boats, fishing. In winter the flow shifts to the ski slopes and to properties with a pool and a banya. April and November are the quietest months — fewer people and easier availability, but anything to do with the water is either already closed or not yet open.

The spread is wide, because very different formats sit side by side here. Rooms at holiday resorts and country clubs come out cheapest; cottages and villas rented whole, with a banya and their own plot, cost more. Summer weekends and the New Year dates are always pricier than shoulder-season weekdays, so for the peak it pays to book ahead.

Groups usually take a separate house with a banya and a barbecue area — nobody is in anyone's way, and the evening stays on your own grounds. Company retreats are better served by the larger resorts and resort hotels: a conference room, a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room for outdoor activities. Couples and families with children will do better with clubs that have their own beach and facilities for kids.
