Вцелом чисто. Хороший вид из окна на озеро. Но мне не хватало тишины (шумоизоляция номера плохая). Слышен ресторан, соседские разговоры и телевизор. Хотя в 23.00 вцелом все угомонились. В номере не было чайника, чая, воды. Но на этаже есть куллер. Если любите погулять вдоль берега, то я бы не рекомендовал: чуть в стороне от гостиницы сливают канализацию. Мусор в воде. Неприятно. Но это уже претензия к городским властям и безответственным гражданам, а не к гостинице. К администратору на приёме вопросов нет. Всё вежливо и адекватно. Благодарю.

Отличный отель, номера большие, чистые и светлые. Завтрак шведский стол, достаточно обильный, еду обновляют вовремя. В другое время можно просто поесть с ресторане при отеле. Вид на озеро, рядом мостки, можно спустить надувную лодку. До центра минут 15 пешком.
About the hotel
The hotel is 2 km from Cathedral Square, on the shore of Lake Nero. The Rostov Kremlin, Gostiny Dvor, Metropolitan Garden and Vladychy Dvor are a 5-minute drive away. Sheremetyevo Airport is 227 km away, and the train station is 3 km away. Great for family holidays.
Rooms of various categories are available for booking: Standard, Comfort and Family. All of them are equipped with comfortable furniture, Wi-Fi, a TV and a private bathroom with toiletries.
The Bravis restaurant serves Rybinsk pike perch, farm beef, Rostov pickles and homemade lard, cheeses from a private cheese factory, vegetable pancakes with mushroom sauce, homemade dumplings with cherries and more.
