Excellent
Проживала в 208 номере, персонал приветливый и отзывчивый, завтрак отличный, но номер оставляет делатьжелать лучшего:
-дверь зеркальная у шкафа в пиихожейприхожей отсутствует, поэтому выбираешь какую часть закрыть;
-розетка в ванной не работала;
- тапочки (100 р.) включите в стоимость и предоставляйте гостям.

Для такого небольшого отеля очень хорошие завтраки
Откль расположен в 7 минутах хотьбы от кремля
В следующий раз я неприменно остановлюсь именно в этом отеле

Excellent
Все понравилось (интерьеры, ресторан, завтраки, номер, персонал). 4-ку ставлю по следующим причинам: в номере 209 шумный кондиционер, а москитная сетка не герметичная, поэтому налетели комары. Шторка в ванной далеко не первой чистоты. На креслах в номере пятна. Ну и вид из номера оставляет желать лучшего (вид на крышу соседнего дома), но как я понял вокруг отеля итак нет особых видов...
