Sunny Ryuttu Farm (Xuan-Ryuttu)

Our house is located in the Republic of Karelia between Sortavala and Ruskeala Mountain Park. This is the old Finnish farm SUNNY RYUTTY by the river Tokhma Joki in the village of Ryutty. We have 6 cabins and one apartment. This house has a sauna inside (if required, we include, payment per day 1600 rubles.) and a gazebo with a barbecue area on the street. You can come to us with animals for an additional fee, 800 rubles. one-time. A hairdryer and iron can be borrowed from the reception, upon request. Wi-Fi is available on the territory and catches in some houses, and if you have a Megafon, MTS or Beeline, both the connection and your cellular Internet catches perfectly! But Tele-2 doesn't catch it yet. The house is fully equipped with everything necessary. The territory is well maintained, there are paths everywhere, so leave the cars in the parking lot. Upon arrival, you will be escorted to the house. We have a quiet time from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Our water is drinkable. The houses are winter, with underfloor heating. There is 24-hour security on the farm. We are waiting for you! For accommodation, guests are offered 6 cozy houses with private gazebos on the street and saunas inside, there is also one apartment (the apartment does not have a sauna). All houses and apartments are equipped with all amenities: comfortable sleeping places, dishes, linens, refrigerator, stove, kettle and microwave. There is a toilet and a shower everywhere. Houses 4 and 5 have a fireplace (firewood is provided for an additional fee of 1000 rubles). Use of the sauna in the houses is also possible for an additional fee. There is free Wi-Fi at the reception and in some houses. Pets can also be accommodated on request. A hairdryer and iron can be borrowed from the reception, upon request. The guest houses Suan-Rutty /Sunny Rutty/ are located between the town of Sortavala and the marble canyon "Ruskeala" (10-15 minutes by car) on the river bank, in summer you can swim on a small private beach. There are a lot of fish in the river. There are forests and fields around. You can go for a walk and go fishing. Ruskeala Mountain Park is 15 minutes away. by car, to the city of Sortavala the same way. Shops are 10 minutes away. by car to the village of Helyulya. There is a restaurant nearby, 1.5 km away.
