Меня покусали постельные блохи👍 хотели заселить в номер где воняет мертвечиной, в ванне ржавчина на шторах пятна, интернет не работает, бутылок воды в номере нет, завтраки плохие, администратор постоянно орет на всю в коридоре на горничную, чтобы идти на ресепшн нужно выходить на улицу, на диване и на полу какие то пятна.. Плохо, очень плохо

Были проездом с Абхазии. Держим путь в Новосибирск. До Волгограда не дотянули. Приехали поздно. Заселились очень быстро. На четверых номер дали с двумя комнатами. В номере чисто. Постель чистая. Утром позавтракали в их же столовой. Заказали картофельное пюре с котлетой, так доклали винегрет. К чаю принесли конфеты. Приятно удивлена обслуживанием. Девочки добродушные. В наше время таких мало. Желаю вам хороших и щедрых посетителей.
