For our guests, we think through every detail to make you feel at home. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking, as well as a capsule coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, microwave oven. We take care of our guests and always keep the apartment clean and thoroughly clean with the use of cleaning products after each guest. Terry towels and hygiene products are provided for you: shampoo, shower gel, soap, cotton swabs and discs, hair dryer. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It is possible with children of any age, on request we can provide a high chair. Our apartment is comfortable at any time of the year: in hot weather, the air conditioner will save you, and in cold weather, underfloor heating throughout the apartment. The apartment is located in the geographical center of the city. Within walking distance of the Botanical Garden, convenient transport interchange, bus stops, shops Pyaterochka and Magnit, two pharmacies, bakery, Red and white, Ozone and WB dispensaries, several shopping centers nearby. There is a large area around the house, so parking will not be a problem, and there is also a covered guarded parking nearby. We have self-check-in, so you don't have to wait for the keys to arrive.
