For your convenience, the apartment has everything you need: wi-fi, dishes, tea, coffee, hygiene products, hairdryer, kettle, towels, household appliances (washing machine, microwave, hob, iron, refrigerator)!!! The apartment is cleaned with high-quality disinfectants!!! We will be glad to see you as our guest! IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE NOTE!!! The apartment entrance is equipped with a video camera! Check-in time is from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are agreed upon and paid additionally! Upon check-in, a passport and a cash deposit in the amount of 2,500 ₽ are required. Subject to the rules of accommodation, the deposit will be refunded on the day of departure. Contactless check-in and contract drafting, accounting documents are possible. Rules of accommodation: Age restrictions: check-in for persons over the age of 21! For persons under this age, the reservation is cancelled. If there is a discrepancy between the stated and actual number of guests, the landlord has the right to refuse to check in and cancel the reservation.
