Breaking the silence at night (22:00-09:00) is violation of sanitary and epidemiological requirements, for which liability is provided for by Articles 6.3 and 6.4 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, which entails penalties for citizens up to 5000 rubles 3. Keep clean. The cost of renting an apartment is several times less the cost of a hotel room, therefore, we do not provide the following services: washing dishes for the guest, taking out the trash. The guests do it on their own. 4. Follow the agreements. There should be as many people in the apartment as agreed upon upon check-in. 5. Do not rearrange the furniture! 6. When leaving the apartment, turn off electrical appliances and lighting. 7. Smoking. Smoking in the apartment and on the balcony is strictly prohibited, including hookahs, vapes and the like. Violation of any of the points may result in partial or complete withholding of the deposit. Gross violations of the rules of accommodation can lead to early eviction, without compensation for the funds paid. Early check-in and late check-out are agreed separately.
