A boutique hotel on one of the atmospheric streets of the cultural center of Samara, within walking distance from the main business infrastructure, the Volga River embankment, the main tourist routes and museums of the city. The Art Nouveau mansion, which has a history of more than a hundred years, opened its doors to guests after reconstruction in January 2019, becoming an island of comfort and a modern venue for events. The hotel is not inferior in comfort and level of service to major hotels in the city and at the same time offers guests a chamber atmosphere. It offers room service, an Italian tavern with a summer terrace, a banquet hall, a lobby bar with a fireplace, an ironing room, a laundry room, as well as free parking. The interior design of the boutique hotel was designed by architects Alexey Moldavsky (St. Petersburg) and Maria Kryzhevskaya (Ufa). The authors of the project have created a collection of ten uniquely designed rooms of three categories of comfort: Suite, Junior Suite and Standard, which are equipped with everything necessary for both short and long-term stays. Each room is presented in an individual color scheme. The interiors of the rooms are complemented by paintings by famous Samara artists and custom-made furniture. The lobby bar with a balcony resembles a cozy living room, where guests will be pleased to sit with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in an easy chair near the fireplace. The luxurious banquet hall with high arched windows and doors, preserved stucco ceiling decor allows you to hold family and business events, master classes, creative evenings and exhibitions of contemporary art. There is an Italian tavern in the basement of the mansion, where real pizza and pasta are prepared according to traditional recipes. In summer, tables are served on the terrace overlooking the courtyard of the boutique hotel.
