For security, a video surveillance camera is installed in the entrance. Good transport interchange. Near the house: beauty studios, supermarkets, schools, cafes, restaurants. The Volga River city beach is 1 km away (10 min walk). There is a Playground in the courtyard, Parking spaces are available, the territory is guarded. A passport is required upon check-in. We provide accounting documents for business travelers. The apartment is not rented for various noisy events, smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
