Улучшить нужно всё. Ремонта гостиница не видела давно. Ковровое покрытие грязное а разводах. Настилка на кровати как будто на нём кушали.

Хоть я тут и не был, но состояние вывески говорит само за себя. Наверное, руководство гостиницы так же относится к постояльцам, как ко внешнему виду своего отеля.

Вероятно надо начать с оплаты. Сразу понимаешь, что попал в армянский отель( да простят меня все представители прекрасного народа!) . Чеков , естественно, НЕТ. И только , когда говоришь, что нужны документы, куча возмущений. До этого писали, что холодные номера и окон дует, ну видимо не всех номерах. У нас был номер на втором этаже крайний слева. В номере уже очень давно не меняли ковролин. Вода-это что-то особенное. Если вы заселились к вечеру, а водонагреватель сломан, будете ждать следующего дня 10 утра. В данном отеле внизу администратор выключает автомат, чтоб водонагреватели ночью не грели воду. Это они так экономят! Мы уезжали в 5 утра и помыться перед дорогой не удалось. Пришлось принимать душ и мыть голову холодной водой. Завтраки до 11, но если попросить милые девушки могут чуть вас подождать. На завтрак либо каши, либо яичница из двух яиц. Чай кофе наливаем сами.
