Apartment in the center with designer renovation and air conditioning

Overnight check-in must be agreed in advance. Dear guests, a cozy and comfortable apartment in the author's design in the city center, in which you will certainly feel comfortable! The apartment has everything you need for a short stay - dishes and appliances, kettle, washing machine, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove. Tea, coffee, sugar, sweets and porridges are provided for guests. In the bathroom there is gel, shampoo, disposable toothbrushes and combs, washing capsules, liquid soap. Cotton bed linen, towels for face, hands, large bath. The room has access to a balcony. Parking in the courtyard under the barrier, the guest can use the remote control from it. Rules of accommodation: the apartment is rented exclusively for peaceful accommodation of 1-2 people (business travelers, a couple, city guests), or a family (maximum 4 guests), not rented to guests under 20 years of age, companies, intoxicated, for any event. Estimated time: check-in after 14.00, check-out before 12.00. If possible, check-in is possible before 14.00 (if the apartment is already available and cleaned), it is not rented by the hour. Payment for a full day, for early morning check-in and late evening check-out. A discount is provided for stays of several days or more.
