Convenient transport interchange from which you can get anywhere in the city. There are always parking spaces in the courtyard. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay! -Comfortable beds: one double bed with orthopedic mattress, one double sofa, one folding bed. -Satin bed linen, fluffy towels, a hygienic bath set, including toothbrushes. -High-speed Internet, WI—FI, Smart TV - 200+ channels. - Refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, dishes, all necessary kitchen utensils. -Washing machine, iron, hair dryer, ironing board, clothes dryer. Arrival time is from 14:00, departure until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are agreed upon and paid additionally. For day-to-day bookings, check-in before 18:00 or by appointment. For your convenience, we have organized remote check-in. Possible number of guests: maximum of 5 people. For 4 guests, two double sets of linen are provided, an additional set is available on request for an additional fee. For 5 guests, two double sets and one single set are provided. A deposit of 3,000 (refunded on the day of departure after cleaning and checking the conditions of accommodation prescribed in the contract). The deposit will not be refunded for non-compliance with the rules of accommodation! Please note that this apartment is intended only for calm, clean guests. You must have a passport with a valid registration in the territory of the Russian Federation. Providing a passport is mandatory. Check-in is possible only after full payment of the stay for the specified details, after you have read the rental agreement. We provide accounting documents for organizations.
