It is necessary to order in advance, at least one day in advance. The day of accommodation services is calculated from 14:00 to 12:00 the next day (regardless of the time of arrival). Early check-in (if there are prepared apartments) from 6:00 to 14:00 is calculated by the site automatically when choosing the time of arrival (full payment of the previous day at the confirmed rate) Late check-out after 12:30 p.m. (if there are prepared apartments) is also calculated automatically by the site (full payment for the next day's stay at a confirmed rate). The administrator monitors compliance with the internal regulations in the apartments. He gives visitors explanations about the rules of accommodation, accepts complaints from them about the actions of the cleaning company and other visitors who violate the established order of operation of the apartments. The administrator is contacted by means of: phone, WhatsApp, Viber, e-mail. After paying for accommodation, visitors receive instructions on self-settlement and online registration. It is forbidden to transfer the self-occupancy code from the apartment to other persons. From 23 to 8 a.m., it is necessary to keep silence inside the building and on the territory. At this time, it is forbidden to turn on audio systems and televisions at high volume in the apartments, and talk at elevated tones. Guests can come to the apartment from 8 to 23 o'clock. The arrival of the Guest must be agreed by the resident of the apartment. The guest staying in the apartment is responsible for the guest. If necessary, the administrator has the right to check the Guest's documents. It is unacceptable to leave cold and, most importantly, hot water taps open unnecessarily. It is forbidden to leave these taps (faucets) open after leaving the apartment.
