The distance to Mineralnye Vody Airport is 185 kilometers, and the railway station in Cherkessk is 85 kilometers away. The house has a total area of 76 sq.m. to accommodate up to 8 guests, it is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: two cozy bedrooms with three single beds or one double bed and one single bed (high-quality linens, pillows and blankets); the kitchen is fully equipped with household appliances (refrigerator, electric stove, kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven, all necessary utensils for cooking and a comfortable stay during the holidays); spacious living room with a large sofa bed, satellite TV; bathroom with shower, water heater, washing machine, hairdryer, towels and personal hygiene products; covered terrace with dryer for ski equipment.
