About hotel

A small cozy house is located in the village of Spass, Yaroslavl region, near a pine forest, 5 minutes from the Volga River. Nearby, in 10 minutes, there is the Spasskoye wellness complex, where you can visit a restaurant, a playground for children. The Demino Sports Center is 3 km from the house. The house comfortably accommodates 8 people, it is possible to install the 1st extra bed. On the ground floor there is a bright kitchen-living room, with all necessary appliances: refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, also all necessary utensils, there is a corner sofa (unfolds), fireplace and TV with Tricolor, wi-fi. Wood-burning sauna. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a cot for a baby, the other with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bed linen and towels according to the number of people. On the territory of the plot there is a large gazebo and a barbecue. Important: silence after 23.00.
