Utar Guest Complex

Utar Guest complex opened in Kazan in 2024. The complex is located on the shore of Lake Zayachye near Kazan airport. In the complex, guests can choose between Standard rooms with lake views or Standard Rooms with garden views. Contactless check-in at Utar: the administrator sends the guest an SMS with detailed instructions in advance. Check-in is possible at any convenient time. To check into the Utar Guest Complex, you must provide an original valid Russian passport for all guests over the age of 14 and an original birth certificate for all children under the age of 14. At the time of check-in, all guests must sign a document confirming their agreement with the Rules of Accommodation at the Utar Guest Complex. There is free parking for guests' cars on site. Parking is not guaranteed. Check the availability information with the administrator before checking in. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a double bed, a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, a wardrobe, a table, a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a SPA with a swimming pool, not included in the price, to be paid separately. Please note that Halal rules apply in our complex and pets are not allowed in the entire area, including in the rooms, the consumption of alcoholic beverages of any strength, smoking, including electronic cigarettes, hookahs. In case of violation of the above rules, we will be forced to terminate your stay with us and withhold all payment to compensate for room preparation services for the next guests.
