The house has 4 main beds, as well as one additional one. Ground floor: queen size double bed, pull-out single bed. Second floor: bunk bed. A baby cot (0-3 years old) is available on request. The house is not equipped with air conditioning, but it is built of red brick according to ancient technology, so it keeps the night cool. There is a fan for additional ventilation. During the cold season, the house is heated by a gas boiler, underfloor heating. The kitchen in the guest house is fully equipped with everything necessary for cooking. Outside there is a barbicue area with a wood stove, barbecue, grills and skewers. The nearest shops and markets: A shop within walking distance — 200 meters, Pyaterochka — 3 km, a grocery market in the city of Zadonsk — 17 km. Next to the house there is a beach with a grassy shore on the Don River. In the village, you can fish from the shore, on the shallows with a pebble or in the backwaters for pike, whitefish, goldfish and walleye with spinning, or for crucian carp, gaster, roach and bream using a feeder.
