Cozy, bright studio in Scandinavian style. The apartment is located on the 12th/12th floor, with panoramic windows and French doors leading to a balcony with a seating area. The apartment is warm and bright (the window faces northeast), there is also a split system and blackout curtains for a comfortable sleep. The apartment is angular, the neighbors are only on one side and you can sleep well on a large double bed (with two blankets for each guest). We have prepared snow-white bed linen for you (just like in a hotel!) and towels. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking and table setting, as well as a basic set of products to satisfy your hunger from the road. There is a water filter installed in the kitchen, so you don't need to buy drinking water! In the bathroom you will find a set of cosmetics for the shower, as well as hygiene products and a hairdryer. You will also have access to free Wi-Fi, a movie search with an Amediatek. The apartment is located in the SPUTNIK neighborhood (5 minutes to the fountain on foot), to the airport - 7 minutes by car, to the city center - 15 minutes. There is a public transport stop near the house. All grocery chain stores are within walking distance. The house is located in a quiet courtyard, with a small Playground (a large Playground in the neighboring courtyard is 200m). Parking near the entrance is free, there is a fee across the street (the Windows overlook the courtyard and both Parking lots). ?A mandatory deposit (1,500 rubles) is refunded after cleaning and checking the premises.
