We are located on the first coastline of the Caspian Sea. This means that it is just a few steps from your apartment to the cleanest sandy beach. No busy trails, no unnecessary crossings — just access to the sea, where you can enjoy the sun and soft sand at any time of the day. Our complex is small, but very cozy. We have 8 apartments at our disposal, and this number was not chosen by chance. We want every guest to feel attention and care, and not to get lost in the crowd. These apartments are equally well suited for families with children and for corporate trips — we have seen this in practice. Here you will find everything you need for life: each room is equipped with comfortable furniture, modern air conditioning, TV, refrigerator. Each apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen area — you can cook by yourself if you want, and a private bathroom. We have made sure that you have a sense of home comfort, even when you are away from home. We are especially proud of our location, not only relative to the sea, but also relative to the city. We are not located in a remote village — we have all the infrastructure of a big city next to us. Within walking distance there are walking areas where it is pleasant to walk in the evenings, grocery and hardware stores, as well as cozy cafes if you do not want to cook. We always advise our guests to go outside the territory and feel the rhythm of coastal life. Now about how to get to us. We understand how important an easy road is after a flight or a long trip. It is only 10 minutes by car from Makhachkala Uytash Airport. It's very close, and you won't have time to get tired. The journey from the city of Kaspiysk will take about 20 minutes. For reference, we are located in the village of Zelenomorsk. This is a well-known place, so both taxis and navigators can easily find you. You can get to us by private car or order a transfer — we will always suggest a convenient option. We try to make everyone who stays with us feel welcome.
