Our cozy house is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Suzdal. The Main Tourist Complex (GTC) can be reached in 10 minutes, the central street of Suzdal can be reached by foot, it will take 20 minutes by walking or 5 minutes by car. Experience the delights of country life, because we have built a real cottage for you. You will have a wonderful opportunity to have dinner together, enjoy the panorama that opens up to incredible sunsets, go out on the porch with a cup of hot tea and admire the silence and the beautiful view. And just take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday work! The maximum capacity of the house is 6 guests, comfortably 4 guests. In a house: - 2 bedrooms; - kitchen-living room with double sofa; - high-speed wi-fi; - air conditioning; - washing machine; - hair dryer; - ironing facilities; - Underfloor heating in the bathroom; - hygiene products; - towels; - SMART TV (Kinopoisk, KION); - microwave oven; - dishwasher; - the kettle; - tea, coffee, sugar, salt, sunflower oil; - all necessary utensils; - deep water filtration system; - in the summer, there is a summer cinema on the veranda. The house is not for rent for violent events, we respect the neighbors, it is forbidden to make noise on the territory of the site after 22:00. The house is located in a secure area with video surveillance. On the plot there is a barbecue area, a veranda with a table for 6 people, as well as a freestanding wood-fired barrel bath. The sauna is paid separately: 6,000 rubles for 3 hours. The house parking is designed for 2-3 cars. Smoking is prohibited in the house! Booking conditions: - pets are allowed to stay only by agreement and for an additional fee; - check-in after 16:00, check-out before 13:00. The current price can be viewed in the calendar. Deposit: 10 thousand rubles (refunded on the day of departure before 22:00). Upon check-in, we fill out a digital rental agreement, you will need a passport to fill it out.
