Location: The building is situated in a well-developed area with excellent infrastructure. Within walking distance, you will find supermarkets, grocery stores, pharmacies, and public transport stops, making it easy to reach any part of the city. The ice arena and the “Parus” sports complex are nearby — perfect for athletes and those coming for competitions or training camps. A school and kindergarten are also located close to the building.
Parking & Security: The residential area is gated, so unauthorized vehicles cannot enter. Parking spaces are usually available right in the courtyard, under the apartment windows. Video surveillance is installed, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe, giving you peace of mind for your car and personal belongings.
For Children: Inside the gated courtyard, there is a modern playground. The yard has no through traffic, making it safe for children to play.
Sleeping Arrangements: Comfortable accommodation for up to 2 guests. A large double bed with a quality mattress, fresh bed linens, and clean towels are provided for each guest.
