A cozy vacation in the bosom of nature, a sauna, a barbecue area and a large gazebo with a fireplace! Looking for the perfect place to relax with your family. We offer you a unique opportunity to rent our comfortable house, located in a picturesque place of the Losiny Ostrov Nature Reserve, where nature itself creates ideal conditions for recreation! Description: • House: Spacious and cozy, designed for 8 people. Inside there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: kitchen, living room and bedrooms. We took care of the little guests and prepared board games for them, as well as a sports field, a swing and a slide, so they won't be bored. Each room has a TV and internet access. There is an air conditioner on the second floor. • Sauna: Enjoy a real Russian sauna (50-70 degrees at 40-70% humidity) — an ideal place to relax and recuperate. Bath towels, hats, are provided free of charge. Brooms can be brought with you or ordered from us (for a fee). After the sauna, you can pour cold water from a bucket in the shower area, massage, scrubs and masks. We have prepared a samovar for tea ceremonies. Attention: one kindling of the sauna is provided as a gift, additional sessions are paid separately! It is forbidden to use your own firewood! • Barbecue area: We have an equipped grilling area where you can cook delicious dishes outdoors. A barbecue, grates, skewers and a cauldron, there is everything for the embodiment of culinary masterpieces. Coals and ignition are provided additionally, upon request (for a fee). • Large gazebo: An ideal place for family gatherings, a large table, a soft sofa, access to the terrace to the pond, where you can retire and contemplate the water surface. The gazebo has a fireplace (for a fee), which will create a cozy atmosphere and keep you warm on a cool evening. Conveniences: • Wi-Fi; • Air conditioning on the 2nd floor; • TV in every room and in the gazebo; • Parking in the courtyard for 2 cars. • Fully equipped kitchen, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, set of dishes. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt and spices are also free for you. Tap cooking water (filtered). • Sleeping places for a comfortable stay. Each room has a pull-out sofa. Pillows, blankets, bed linen, towels, slippers and hygiene products are provided for each guest. Location: Our house is located in a picturesque area of the Losiny Ostrov Nature Reserve, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can enjoy the natural scenery, listen to birdsong, breathe the cleanest air by the pond, watch a family of ducks and just relax with your loved ones.
