A house at the foot of the Zelenaya Mountain. From the mountain through the forest, you can ski or snowboard down to the house. The entrance to the territory from the paved highway is always cleared of snow. The nearest Sky Way ski lift is a 1-minute drive away. Novokuznetsk Airport is 177 km away. There are three houses of different capacities on the territory: House-1 is a two–storey cottage of 160 square meters, designed to accommodate up to 14 people; House-2 (townhouse) consists of two apartments, each with a capacity of up to 5 people, House–3 (townhouse) consists of two studios with accommodation for 2 people. The cottages have a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances and a private bathroom with a shower cabin. Each house has an entrance hall with a dryer for equipment, Wi-Fi is available. You can prepare your own food or order delivery from the cafe. A Russian barrel bath with a steam room, a sauna tub, a barbecue area, and parking for a car are at guests' disposal. In summer, there is a children's trampoline, a garden swing, a small sandbox, a seasonal summer pool, a basketball hoop, and a punching bag.
