Самый худший отель в Симферополи. Не рекомендуем ни в коем случае. В отеле очень темно. Приехала я в 18 вечера. Переписывалась с отелем. На такси приезжаю, звоню, никто не отвечает и ворота закрыты. Стоим с таксистом, стучимся пол часа и никто не реагировал. Еле как на связь выходит отель и ни в чем не бывало спрашивает «Вы будете ждать, муж приедет». Такого отношения я не ожидала. Пришлось поспать там, время позднее было. А у нас и на второй день был. Вечером говорю, что не буду оставаться на следующие сутки. И хозяин сказал, через Яндекс поддержку отмените. Все ок, но на завтра хозяин приехал и, оказалось, вовсе не согласовал отмену бронирования второго дня. На лицо одно, а когда позвонили, начал истерить и говорить про штраф и т.д. А администратор в чате писал, что согласуют, а хозяин не согласовал и не вернул наши деньги. Такое хамское отношение у них. В комнате очень темно, душно, запах неприятный 🤢 и слышимость ужасная.

Guest rooms are a 5-minute walk from Taras Shevchenko Park. The Central Museum of Taurida, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Catherine Garden are 2 km away. The train station is 4 km away, and the airport is 18 km away. A shuttle service is available upon prior request. For accommodation, guests are offered 14 cozy rooms of the Standard, Comfort and Suite categories. Each room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a comfortable bed, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, tea set, work area, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe. Each of them has a private bathroom with underfloor heating, a mirror, shelves and a heated towel holder. A continental breakfast is served every morning. There is a private car park on site. The reception is open 24 hours a day.
