Cozy two-bedroom apartment in the very center (Bakunin 5) next to the Latin Garden (5 minutes on foot). In order to avoid controversial situations, please read in full: RULES OF CHECK-IN AND ACCOMMODATION. Ignorance of the rules of accommodation does not exempt from responsibility. 1. Check-in 1.1. Check-in is contactless only at any time within the scope of your booking. 1.2. Upon check-in, any identification card and photo or video verification are required. If you provide this information on the day of arrival, this must be done before 21:00. 1.3. Video surveillance is installed in front of the apartment entrance. 1.4. Bed linen can be dried in the apartment. 2. Check-in/check-out time 2.1. Late or early check-in and check-out must be agreed in advance and paid additionally. 2.2. Upon check-in after 21:00, full payment along with the deposit is made before 21:00. 2.3. When booking on the day of arrival, it may take 3 hours or more to prepare the apartment, it is necessary to clarify this nuance before payment. 3. Collateral 3.1. The standard deposit is 3,000 rubles. 3.2. For persons under the age of 25, the deposit is 5,000 rubles and full payment is made together with the deposit before check-in. 3.3. On holidays, weekends and at the discretion of the landlord, the deposit may be increased and full payment made together with the deposit before check-in. 3.4. The deposit is paid only by reference. 3.5. The deposit is refunded within 24 hours after checking the apartment, if all the property is in its original condition and quantity. 4. General restrictions 4.1. Parties are prohibited. 4.2. Smoking is prohibited. The deposit will not be refunded for smoking or the smell of any smoking products anywhere in the apartment. 4.3. It is forbidden to leave the apartment in the provided slippers. 5. Terms of payment 5.1. The cost of accommodation is subject to change. 5.2. For each person of more than two of any age, an additional fee is charged for each day. 5.3. The extension of the stay is possible from three hours, agreed in advance and paid separately (there are nuances). 6. Limit on the number of guests 6.1. The number of guests in the apartment is limited to the number specified in the booking. 6.2. Exceeding the number of guests is penalized by eviction without refund of the security payment and payment per day. 7. Prohibited without agreement with the landlord: 7.1. Check in with pets. 7.2. Move furniture. 7.3. Leave trash (including in the entrance or in the trash bin at the entrance). 7.4. Leave unwashed dishes. 7.5. Change the settings of any equipment in the apartment. 7.6. Take extra bed linen and towels. For violation of any of the above points, the deposit may be withheld in full.
