On the territory of the boutique hotel there are two residential complexes in the style of a French chalet. The Luxe House complex has 5 rooms, and the Chalet complex has 7 rooms. The interior of each of the 12 rooms is truly unique and unique, while a single handwriting can be easily traced: painted frescoes, antique furniture and rare luxury items. The Seneshal Restaurant offers an A la carte menu. In addition to delicious dishes, the restaurant offers a bright cocktail menu and a wine list. There is a children's menu. The hotel also has a restaurant "Ambar Senezhsky", where everyone can feel like a true gourmet and taste various delicacies and drinks, reveal all the shades of flavors and aromas of "homemade" preparations from chef Egor Kudryashov. On the territory of the country club there is a private beach with equipped sunbathing areas, children's and sports grounds, a spa center, a restaurant and an entertainment complex with billiards and a karaoke bar, a stable, a boat station, as well as a car park and a helipad.
