A beautiful studio apartment "Lux" is located in the greenest area of the city. A 15-minute walk away, there is a city sandy beach on the shore of the Gulf of Finland. The Seaside Park of Culture and Recreation, located near the coast of the Gulf of Finland, with well-maintained and wild routes, is a favorite place for walking or cycling, ideal for family holidays. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including kitchen appliances, dishes and cutlery, bed linen, towels and hygiene products, Wi-Fi. The mandatory set of each apartment includes: upholstered and cabinet furniture, TV, refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine. For stays of seven days or more, we carry out scheduled cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels. You can order lunch and dinner by phone, the delivery service will bring the order to your apartment. To make your trip as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, we will arrange a meeting for you at the airport or train station. A shuttle service is provided free of charge in the city of Sosnovy Bor. You can order a personal driver service by calling the dispatch service. Accounting documentation (invoice, receipt) is issued for all services. An additional fee of 800 rubles per day is charged for accommodation with pets. The deposit with pets is 3000 rubles.
